Sunday Pop Ups

Join us Sundays at 2:00 p.m. for some of our clients’ favorite offerings. Each week will have a different theme. From Praise & Pliés, a barre class set to worship music to Tabatta to Balletone, we offer a variety of classes to keep you coming back for more.

Barre Express

Come try this shorter version of our traditional barre class. We will give you a fantastic workout in 45 minutes! 

Sculpt

Join Kelly and Brenda for a class that focuses on sculpting and toning the body. There is no cardio, but you will sweat.

 

Butts & Guts

A total body workout with a focus on glutes and abs.

 

Cardio Barre

This 50 minute class combines more elements of cardio than our regular barre class for an intense workout using a step. Participants should take several barre classes prior to this class. This is our highest intensity cardio class, and you never have to jump if you do not want to. 

 

Barre Faves

A mixed up version of our barre classes. Instructors choose their favorite moves to give you a great workout - and it’s not in the traditional Barre class order! 

 

HIIT the Barre

Take your workout to new heights with “HIIT the Barre.” This high intensity barre format combines traditional muscle sculpting barre exercises with functional high intensity intervals and plyometrics. Plie, pop, pulse, and lunge your way to your fittest body yet in just 50 minutes! Previous barre experience is recommended. You do not have to jump to do HIIT.

Flow & Grow Yoga

Flow & Grow is Pulse's signature weekly yoga class, offering a perfect blend of our two favorite yoga styles. This unique class combines 30 minutes of invigorating Vinyasa flow with 30 minutes of soothing Yin yoga. All levels are welcome.
