Sunday Pop-Ups
Join us Sunday afternoons for some of our clients’ favorite offerings. Each week will have a different theme. From Praise & Pliés, a Barre class set to worship music, to Tabata, to Balletone, we offer a variety of classes to keep you coming back for more.

Barre
This 60 minute low-impact, high-energy class incorporates movements from Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Barre Express
Come try this shorter version of our traditional Barre class. We will give you a fantastic workout in 45 minutes!
Sculpt
Join us for a class that focuses on sculpting and toning the body - without using the Barre. Even without cardio, you are sure to sweat.
Butts & Guts
A total body workout with a focus on glutes and abs.
Cardio Barre
This 50 minute class combines more elements of cardio than our regular Barre class for an intense workout using a step. Participants should take several Barre classes prior to this class. This is our highest intensity cardio class, but you never have to jump.
Barre Faves
A mixed-up version of our Barre classes. Instructors choose their favorite moves to give you a great workout - and it’s not in the traditional Barre class order!
HIIT the Barre
Take your workout to new heights. This high-intensity barre format combines traditional barre exercises with functional high intensity intervals and plyometrics. Plié, pop, pulse, and lunge your way to your fittest body yet in just 50 minutes! Previous Barre experience is recommended. Even though it’s high-intensity, you never need to jump!
Cardio/ Strength/ Core
Focussing on these three areas, this class rotates through cardio, strength and then core to give you an intense and results-driven class.
